With this, we PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (“the Company”) inform that based on the Letter of Notice to Authority Financial Services and PT Bursa Efek Indonesia concerning on Resignation of Independent Commissioner of the Company (Mr. Richtter Pane) Number 033/ LGL-TBL/V/ 2016 and Number 034/LGL-TBL/V/2016, both dated on May 09th, 2016 and we will continued this matter to the General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company.
